About Englund Manor
Englund Manor Apartments is a beautiful apartment community for those 55 and older. It is located in central Vancouver and is close to shopping, restaurants, and bus lines. All units are one-bedroom apartment homes with a large living area with a beautiful window for natural light. There is both heating and AC in all units. The kitchen offers a fridge, stove/oven, and plenty of cabinets! Each home is also assigned a covered parking space at no additional cost!
Our community features laundry facilities on each floor, garden plots to grow your own organic vegetables, and resident events scheduled by our Resident Service Coordinator. Our newly renovated Community Room features a beautiful gas fireplace, plenty of books in our library, and a large-screen TV. We have two community computers with WIFI for residents to use. We also offer free shredding! The community room also has a beautiful kitchen that we use for resident events and allows residents to reserve for private events.
