KPS Inc. SMS Terms and Conditions


1. Program overview


These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Key Property Services, Inc. ("KPS Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), available at www.kpsinc.net. Messages are sent through our business phone system provider, Dialpad.


By opting in to receive text messages from KPS Inc., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.


2. Types of messages


KPS Inc. sends conversational and informational text messages to customers, prospective customers, and business contacts who have opted in. These messages may include:


  • Customer service: responses to your questions and requests, and follow-ups on conversations you started with us.
  • Available rentals: links to available rental properties you have asked about or requested information on.
  • Property contact information: contact details for the property, property manager, or leasing office relevant to your inquiry.
  • Two-way communication: direct text conversations with KPS Inc. team members as an alternative to phone calls or email.


KPS Inc. sends rental listings only when you ask for them, such as by requesting available properties or inquiring about a specific rental. KPS Inc. does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages through this program.


3. Message frequency


Message frequency varies based on your interactions with KPS Inc. Most recipients receive no more than 5 messages per week, and only in connection with an active request, appointment, or service.


4. Message and data rates


Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. KPS Inc. does not charge for text messages, but you are responsible for any fees your carrier applies. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.


5. Consent to receive messages


You opt in to KPS Inc. text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example through a form on www.kpsinc.net, verbally during a call, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.


By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.


6. How to opt out (STOP)


You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from KPS Inc. to unsubscribe. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.

Privacy. We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for this program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Supported carriers. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.


Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this program.


Changes to these terms. KPS Inc. may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
